Meet Veronica Freeman – Co-Founder of VK Elevate

Veronica Freeman is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Customer Service, bringing a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and creativity to every project she undertakes. Her career journey is a testament to hard work, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

A Career Built on Dedication

Veronica’s work ethic was shaped early in life by her hardworking parents. Her mother played a pivotal role in launching her career, placing her in her first office job as a temp and sharing advice that would become her guiding principle:
“I can get your foot in the door, but it’s up to you to keep it there.”

Those words stuck. From that moment forward, Veronica approached every role with ownership and pride—giving her best as if she were running the company herself. This mindset propelled her through a variety of positions, including Customer Service Manager, Project Coordinator, and Commercial Estimator, each adding new layers of experience and insight.

Education and Early Career

After high school, Veronica attended college with aspirations of becoming a journalist. However, her passion for business and communication led her to pivot toward Business Studies, focusing on Business Communications and refining her customer service skills. While she ultimately chose hands-on experience over completing her degree, this decision allowed her to dive deeper into the professional world and build a career grounded in real-world expertise.

A Natural Communicator and Performer

Veronica’s ability to connect with people didn’t start in the boardroom—it began on stage and behind the podium. At just nine years old, she gave her first public speech as a member of 4-H, sparking a lifelong love for communication. She later became a proud member of the National Forensic League, competing in public speaking events that sharpened her confidence and poise.

Her talents extended beyond speaking—Veronica also sang publicly and even competed in vocal performance. These experiences taught her how to command attention, engage audiences, and deliver messages with clarity and warmth. Whether teaching, presenting, or leading a team, Veronica feels at home in front of a crowd. This comfort translates into her consulting work, where she inspires and trains others with the same energy and authenticity.

Expanding Horizons

In 2019, Veronica made a bold move into the home services industry, joining an HVAC company in Keizer, Oregon. There, she discovered ServiceTitan, a powerful CRM software platform for managing service businesses. Intrigued by its capabilities, Veronica quickly mastered the system and earned certification as a Certified ServiceTitan Administrator. This achievement not only enhanced her technical skill set but also enabled her to streamline operations and empower teams across multiple companies.

Her career has taken her across the West Coast, allowing her to experience diverse markets and business cultures. Yet, after years of travel and growth, Veronica returned to her roots in Arkansas, where she now lives with her husband and two beloved 80-pound four-legged companions.

The Birth of VK Elevate

In 2025, after settling back in Arkansas, Veronica was looking for that next chapter. And as it so happened, so was her best friend of 38 years, Kim—a seasoned professional with 20+ years of business and office management experience. The two had long dreamed of starting a business together, and with the support of their husbands, they decided it was time to make that vision a reality.

Together, they launched VK Elevate, a consulting firm dedicated to helping service-based businesses thrive. Their mission is simple yet powerful: Empower Progress while Delivering Results. From data cleanup to training Customer Service Representatives to channel their inner Disney Princess, VK Elevate combines creativity, strategy, and proven expertise to transform businesses from the inside out.

What sets Veronica apart is her ability to blend technical knowledge, customer service excellence, and communication skills into actionable strategies that drive success. Her background in public speaking and performance makes her a natural teacher and motivator, while her hands-on experience ensures practical, results-driven solutions. Meet Kim Fairchild – Co-Founder of VK Elevate

Kim Fairchild is an accomplished professional with over thirty years of experience in Customer Service, blending leadership, operational expertise, and creativity in every role. Her career reflects dedication, flexibility, and a steadfast pursuit of excellence.

A Career Built on Dedication

Kim’s journey in customer service began at a young age within her family’s thriving business. Everyone in the family pitched in to help build the company, and as Kim grew older, she discovered her niche in Customer Service, Graphic Design, and in-house operations—all critical to driving growth and profitability. Her commitment to exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail became the foundation of her success.

Kim later expanded her expertise into the publishing industry, where she combined her graphic design skills with customer service excellence. She worked closely with clients to create visually compelling materials and ensure their projects were delivered with precision and creativity. This experience strengthened her ability to manage complex workflows and maintain strong client relationships.

A Natural Communicator and Creative Leader

Kim has always found fulfillment in helping people achieve their goals. Her passion for collaboration and creativity started in high school, where she served as stage director for numerous productions, engaging teams and bringing ideas to life. Later, she discovered her love for Graphic Design while supervising yearbook projects for multiple schools, guiding them to create designs that captured their vision perfectly. These experiences honed her ability to lead, inspire, and deliver results—skills that continue to define her work today.

Expanding Horizons

In June 2025, Kim and her husband made the decision to leave California and relocate to Nebraska to be closer to family. This move marked an exciting new chapter, giving Kim the opportunity to leverage her extensive experience to help even more businesses succeed.

For decades, Kim and her best friend Veronica Freeman dreamed of starting a business together. Both had spent years refining their skills in the Customer Service sector, and together they envisioned a company that could elevate service-based businesses to new heights.

That vision became reality with the launch of VK Elevate, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering progress and delivering results. From data cleanup to training Customer Service Representatives to channel their inner Disney Princess, VK Elevate combines creativity, strategy, and proven expertise to transform businesses from the inside out.
